Gourmet Valley Specialty Rice Riz Rouge, Camargue Red Rice is a delicious healthful rice that includes Extra Fancy 100% wild rice, and delicious blends of wild rice, brown rice, and basmati. 6-Grain medley combines three beautiful and delicious rices with hull less barley, rye berries and black and purple barley. It can be combined with sautéed vegetables, nuts and other grains to make a complete meal. The addition of protein such as sautéed shrimp can change the rice dish from a side, to a main course. Suggested cooking liquids include water, chicken or beef stock, or fish stock.
