Eden Mirin is a naturally sweet rice cooking wine. This traditional koji brewed rice cooking wine has no added sugar or synthetic enzymes. Mirin is one of the essentials of Japanese cuisine. A few shakes in dashi broth, soups, sauces, stir-fries, dips and dressings is ambrosial. It's also a great glaze for baked and grilled foods. Made in Japan.
