Although originally used in Texas to describe American food influenced or created by Mexican cuisine, the term Tex-Mex has come to be used to describe a broader range of foods characterized by certain flavors, especially chipotle and lime. Chipotle peppers are dried, smoked jalapeno peppers that combine a pleasant spicy bite with a smokey character. Faerie's finest takes dried, ground chipotle peppers and adds the zest of lime to create a popcorn seasoning that Tex-Mex lovers everywhere will enjoy. Also delicious on French fries and baked potatoes. We love popcorn. Whether a mid-afternoon snack or a movie accompaniment, nothing quite satisfies like the crunchy goodness of popcorn. With Faerie's love of flavor it was another inevitable pairing - popcorn with flavorful toppings. From sweet to savory to spicy, our popcorn toppers create delicious popcorn for everyone to enjoy. Our popcorn toppers are great with air-popped popcorn or low fat popcorn. After popping, put the popcorn in a large bowl with plenty of mixing room. Spray the popcorn lightly with a butter flavored cooking spray. Shake on one of Faerie's popcorn seasonings and mix thoroughly until all kernels are coated. Each of our popcorn seasonings is available in 1/2-cup, 1-cup and 2-cup shaker top jars.
