Calvet la Fleur Baron white wine comes from the Bordeaux Region of South West France, the home of some of the worlds finest wines. It is a specially selected blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine is crisp and aromatic with fruity notes of pineapple and grapefruit. This wine is ideal by itself or with poultry, fish and pasta dishes. Calvet has, since its foundation in 1818, specialised in the varied appellations of Bordeaux. It has also selected the very best "cuvees" from other famous French wine growing areas. Calvet makes wines that truly reflect the individual characteristics of each grape-variety and their terroirs.
