Président Emmental is matured for a minimum of six weeks to give it a delicious sweet and nutty taste. Because Président grated Emmental has been finely grated, it melts particularly quickly and it turns perfectly golden when grilled. Its slightly sweet taste gives a distinctive, delicious flavour to sandwiches, omelettes, sauces, gratins and oven bakes and is very versatile.
