"70cl / 43.0% - A fresh and fruity gin with an impressive array of ethically-sourced ingredients. Coconut, grapefruit, juniper, iris, tarragon and Ginger are macerated for 5 days before a single distillation in 150 year old copper pot stills to obtain the perfect concentration for blending with grain spirit. Hoxton Gin is then filtered and rested in steel tanks for two months, a longer than usual process which helps integrate the myriad flavours."
