A delicate salmon pink colour, this carefully made Rosé is fresh and crisp, with lots of ripe strawberry and peach, and a long finish.Harvesting takes place only from sunrise to noon, and only the best grapes are selected for slight crushing at 7-8°c, to avoid oxidation. Fermentation is also carefully controlled.Vines are on some of the most desirable land in the La Motte en Provence region, with the grape varieties including Grenache, Rolle (Vermentino), Cinsault, Syrah and Tibouren.
