Pop-Tarts, one of America's favourite breakfast and snacktime treats, are pre-baked pastries loaded with flavourful fillings and usually frosted with an icing to match. They're great straight out of the box, but even better toasted to warm and gooey perfection in a toaster or microwave oven. Pop-Tarts were first introduced by Kellogg in 1964 and advertised by an animated, anthropomorphic toaster named Milton. The first frosted variety was released shortly after, in 1967. With cherry-flavoured filling, pink frosting, and sparkly red sprinkles, it's a cherry on top of a cherry (if you can imagine that!) - 8 frosted cherry toaster pastries per box.
