## Description

Бергадер Еделльпільц — сир із благородною блакитною цвіллю.
Створений засновником компанії Бергадер Базилем Вейкслером у 1927 році. За задумом його творця сир мав бути подібним до легендарного французького Рокфору, тільки виготовлений із коровиного молока. У результаті отримався чудовий сир з характерними синіми прожилками.
Сир має виражений приємний, трохи гострий смак. Бергадер Еделльпільц добре сполучається зі солодкими кріплeними винами. Терпкий смак дозрілого Бергадера добре підкреслюється білим хлібом. Любителям більш різкого смаку рекомендується спробувати його з смаженим хлібом.
