ItÕs a versatile cookie mix that is great to have available for any occassion to serve as a dessert, afternoon snack or to meet a cinnamon-sugar craving. The dough is stiff enough to use for making cookie-cut-outs, and the mild, creamy flavor complements just about any frosting you may wish to use. Makes approx. 24 cookies. The only ingredients you will need to add are egg and shortening (butter).
