Легко пінюючий напій з соковитим смаком, запахом хліба, м'яко відчутною кислинкою. Варится лише з натуральної сировини: води, цукру, концентрату квасного сусла, що містить житний та ячмінний солод, молочну кислоту, а потім – сбродженого дріжджами. У процесі закваски формується характерний для домашнього квасу смак та аромат, відбувається природне насичення квасу вуглекислотою. Обсяг алкоголю не перевищує 1,2 проц. обсягу. Ретельно фільтрується, тобто відділяються дріжджі.
