## Description

Freeze-dried ready-to-eat bananas. Enjoy your fruit just as the astronauts do - the freeze-dried way! Freeze-dried bananas are made using the same process used by the U.S. space program to make food for astronauts on past and present space missions. How does it look and taste? Freeze-drying is like suspended animation because it keeps the food totally intact, but without the water. As you eat the fruit, your mouth rehydrates the bananas, restoring it to its original state. Freeze-dried bananas can be stored for many years without refrigeration as long as you keep them in an airtight, sealed container.
