Long grain polished rice "Parboiled"
Обробка паром – спеціальна технологія для підвищення якісних характеристик рису, оскільки при цьому до 80% вітамінів та мінералів, що містяться в оболонці відрубів, зберігаються, а самі зерна стають менш ламкими. Неруйнований рис замочують у воді, а потім обробляють гарячою парою під тиском. Після цього зерно сушать і шліфують на високотехнологічному обладнанні. Оброблені зерна рису набувають однорідного бурштинно-жовтого відтінку. Жовтуватий відтінок рису Парбойлд зникає під час приготування, і він стає білосніжним, як і білий шліфований рис.
