Composition

Пельмені «преміум» класу. Фарш для цих пельменів готується лише з охолодженого м'яса (свинини і яловичини), свіжого лука, натуральних спецій. Мука вищого сорту з додаванням курячих яєць і рафінованої соняшникової олії роблять тісто тоненьким і запобігають розриванню в процесі приготування.Приготування: заморожені пельмені занурити в підсолений окріп (на одну частину продукту – чотири частини води, сіль за смаком), помішуючи, довести до кипіння та варити 3-5 хвилин у киплячій воді після спливання. Обережно вийняти шумiвкою, додати масло або сметану за смаком....
