Composition

Dough shell (high grade wheat flour, drinking water, refined sunflower oil, table salt, egg powder), minced meat (chilled turkey meat - 60%, chilled side lard, fresh onion, drinking water, pomegranate juice, table salt, spice and flavor composition (natural spices and their extracts (pepper, mustard flour, nutmeg, coriander), dextrose, yeast extract)

Основою фаршу для пельменів служить ніжне м'ясо індички, яке обладає рядом корисних властивостей: відрізняється низькою калорійністю та низьким вмістом холестерину, багате на білок, вітаміни та мікроелементи, легко засвоюється, є гіпоалергенним. При виробництві пельменів використовується лише охолоджене свіже м'ясо індички, яке попередньо маринується у гранатовому соці, завдяки чому м'ясо набуває соковитості, пікантності та оригінальності смаку. До фаршу додаються виключно натуральні спеції та свіжа цибуля. Фарш не містить сої, клітковини та інших замінників м'ясної сировини.
