Збільшує об'єм хлібопекарських виробів. Надає сипкість виробам із пісочного тіста: печиву, кексам, тортам. Надає пишність млинцям і сирникам. Спосіб використання: вміст пакета висипати в борошно перед замішуванням тіста, ретельно перемішати. Дозування: один пакет – на 0,5 кг борошна.
