Борошно ТМ "Хуторок" отримало оцінку "відмінно" за всіма показниками. Оцінювалися всі якісні характеристики, які впливають на якість готового виробу: помел зерна, колір, кількість клейковини, білизна, вологість. Також тестувалися найбільш важливі для споживача характеристики: об'ємний вихід продукту та формостійкість готового виробу. Загальним результатом тестування борошна ТМ "Хуторок" стала оцінка "відмінно" за всіма досліджуваними показниками.
