We select and handpick the Vanilla Pods when they are at their most succulent and moist to ensure they retain and deliver the finest aromatic vanilla taste to baking and desserts. Vanilla Pods are perfect for use in recipes where an 'infusion' is required and can also be used to flavour sugar syrups, creams, sauces, custards and ice creams. The finished dish will be enhanced by flecks of tiny black vanilla seeds from the pod.
