<p>Adding Certo Pectin to home-made jams and marmalades means they'll require less boiling, and will retain the full flavour and colour of the fruit within. Indispensable when making those notoriously difficult-to-set preserves like strawberry, where the natural fruit is low in pectin.</p><p>250ml - sufficient for 4.5kg (10lb) jam.</p>
