Conotrane Antiseptic Soothing Cream 100g This preparation contains two ingredients. Dimeticone is water repellent allowing transpiration of water vapour from the skin. The benzalkonium chloride is a quaternary ammonium compound, active against bacteria and yeasts.This preparation is used to protect the skin from moisture, irritants, chafing and contamination with bacteria or yeasts.
