Bakers Flour , Water , Bran , Wheat Fibre , Salt , Yeast , Soya Flour , Emulsifiers (Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids) , Preservative: (Calcium Propionate, Sorbic Acid) , Dextrose .

Since 1912. Slow baked for a classic flavour. Baked on the sole of the oven for it's distinctive hard crust. Irwin's Irish Hi-Fibre batch loaf is baked to traditional methods, fermented and slowly baked to develop a fuller flavour. Batched to give a beautifully soft textured centre with a distinctive hard crust.
