Since 1912. Slow baked for a classic flavour. Baked on the sole of the oven for it's distinctive hard crust. Irwin's Irish batch loaf is baked to traditional methods, fermented and slowly baked to develop a fuller flavour. Batched to give a beautifully soft textured centre with a distinctive hard crust.
