Curtis Dried Apricots are made from quality Malatya apricots; they are preserved, pitted and sun dried. Each apricot is washed and hand selected to ensure the best quality contents are in every pack. They are naturally sweet and have a beautiful aroma. Apricots are very low in calories so you can enjoy snacking on them directly from the pack. Top tip - try chopping them up and sprinkling on your morning cereal for an extra fruity breakfast. Dried apricots are rich in many of the nutrients that are needed keep the body healthy. They contain lots of soluble fibre which reduces high LDL, manages cholesterol levels and promotes healthy bowel movements.
