This concentrate makes deliciously thick, glossy gravy. Just add 3 heaped teaspoons to 500ml of COLD water, dissolve completely and then bring to the boil, before simmering for 10 minutes. Serves 4 people. Keep the opened tub of gravy concentrate in the store cupboard after use - no need to refrigerate! What's more it's GLUTEN FREE!
