Apple pieces and cinnamon give this pot a lovely warm aroma, whilst sultanas and xylitol provide natural sweetness. Each pot contains over 20g of protein (equivalent to 3 WHOLE eggs) and provides a hearty and nourishing meal to go. Whey protein � the key ingredient � is a rich source of essential amino acids; perfect to help growth and recovery following physical activity. Also, Xylitol is low-GI and actively promotes healthy teeth. The recipe is also low in sodium and free from artificial sweeteners, which makes it the perfect breakfast, meal or snack.
