Made with pasteurised Goats milk, this mellow cheese will not overpower your board, combining the firmness of a cheddar with a moist, creamy finish. Great as part of a cheese board and combined with fruit chutneys, or for use in home cooking. Works well with: •Crunchy oatcakes and a fruit chutney •Vine tomatoes •A fruity white wine, like Riesling or Syrah •Balsamic and red onion tart Please Note: All Cheese products now have post Christmas dates.
