"5cl / 49.5% - Bitter Bastards Liquorice Bitters are made with liquorice root and a bittering agent (gentian root) with a high-quality bourbon base, and provide an intense, earthy, rich, unadulterated liquorice flavour. Try adding some to a bourbon or rum based cocktail for added depth. These bitters are made using a rapid-maceration process to avoid undesirable 'stewed' notes making their way into the finished product, before a centrifuge is used to clarify the bitters without the need to filter out any of the goodness or add chemicals."
