All the benefits of our tough, long-lasting foil, combined with the remarkable non-stick properties of parchment. And trust us, when these two kitchen heavyweights join forces, baking will never be the same again. Bake directly on the parchment side and it protects food and holds its shape better than foil alone, while the foil side insulates food and promotes even heating. We were amazed at its versatility when used for baking, roasting and steaming - we wrapped up fish and cooked it 'en papillote' and the results were delicious, we fashioned traybakes and made perfect, golden flapjacks, baked mouth-wateringly soft muffins in individual wrappers... we keep discovering new ways to use it and we're sure you will too!</p><p> Freezer and oven safe up to 215°C.
