Wine of Spain. Red Spanish Wine This characteristic Priorat red wine is produced by La Perla del Priorat winery, which was founded by the Carthusian monks in the XV century. Made from 15 to 50 year old vines of Grenache, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon, this well balanced blend is full of ripe fruit flavours. The grapes are hand picked and then carefully selected before a traditional vinification. The wine is then aged for 12 months in french oak barrels. The Noster Nobilis will go well with roast meats and all Mediterranean style cuisine. 70% Garnatxa, 25% Sams??, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
