## Description

Sundried Tomatoes. For centuries food has been preserved using a number of different methods including drying, salting and picking for use in leaner times to be able to use a product all year round when it would otherwise be out of season. These delicious sundried tomatoes are an excellent example of this practice. They are traditionally salted and dried in the sun which increases the intensity of flavour and makes them an invaluable ingredient for any professional kitchen.
