Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F, Gas Mark 6. Empty contents of the pack into a mixing bowl. Add 180 ml of boiling water, stir well, and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Shape the stuffing into round balls and place in an oven dish or squash flat in the bottom of the dish. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes. Recipe and ingredients: no soy, milk, nuts or lupine.
