<b>Antica Raspberry Sambuca 70cl Bottle</b><br><br>It's a liqueur composed of Antica Sambuca Classic and raspberry flavour. <br><br> The steam distillation of star anise fruits together with an infusion of sweet orange, coriander, iris, Turkish Rose and many other herbs, form the basis of the most famous Italian liqueur: Antica Sambuca. Mixing the star anise distillate with essential oils, fine spirits and the purest white sugar gives the product a pleasant anise aroma. <br><br> Antica (Antique) is produced by the Dal Toso family; Francesco, Nicola and Patrizia work tirelessly to carry on the high standards of distillation started by Francesco's father, Sante, in the 1920s. Their dedication can be seen through their family mantra "may love and commitment constantly feed each other to produce outstanding results" - and we say, long may that continue. <br><br> Attention to detail is of paramount importance in the small batch production and this is epitomised by the skilled in-house distillation of the premium star anise that goes into every bottle - something few producers are able to do due to its complexity and the skill required. <br><br> Its flavour is full yet gentle, ensuring just the right balance between the sweetness of the anise and warmth of the spice.<br><br><b>TASTING NOTES</b><br>Colour: Pale pink<br> Aroma: Pleasant and fruity<br> Flavour: Velvety, harmonious, typical raspberry flavour with anise finish.
