It's a liqueur composed of Antica Sambuca Classic and cherry flavour. <br><br> Antica (Antique) is produced by the Dal Toso family; Francesco, Nicola and Patrizia work tirelessly to carry on the high standards of distillation started by Francesco's father, Sante, in the 192s. Their dedication can be seen through their family mantra "may love and commitment constantly feed each other to produce outstanding results" - and we say, long may that continue. <br><br> Attention to detail is of paramount importance in the small batch production and this is epitomised by the skilled in-house distillation of the premium star anise that goes into every bottle - something few producers are able to do due to its complexity and the skill required. <br><br> Its flavour is full yet gentle, ensuring just the right balance between the sweetness of the anise and warmth of the spice.<br><br>TASTING NOTES<br>Colour: Red<br> Aroma: Delicate and harmonious<br> Flavour: Typical of anise with hints of cherry and toasted almonds.
