<p>Our brazil nuts have a creamy, buttery flavour and a creamy texture with a little crunch and are a good source of fibre, vitamins including B1 & E, minerals including phosphorus, magnesium and high levels of selenium.</p><p>Did you know that brazil nuts are actually large seeds with 15 to 30 arranged in a pod similar to the segments of an orange? Brazil nuts have grown for centuries in South America, but they didnt begin to grace European tables until the Dutch traders brought them to Europe in the late 17th century.
