<p>Our fragrant Thai rice is a long grain rice also known as jasmine rice, it has a subtle sweet, mildly nutty flavour, delicate, floral aroma when cooked and a soft, chewy texture, it cooks in a similar way to basmati rice. The Thai rice grain is rounder and starchier which makes it have a sticky appearance. A source of fibre and omega 3 & 6 fatty acids, Thai rice also contains vitamins B1, B3, B6 & folate and minerals including magnesium, phosphorus, manganese & selenium.</p><p>Did you know that the Thai name for jasmine rice is kao hohm mali which means smelling like jasmine flower?
