This much sought after gin is made with no less than 47 botanicals (the clue is in the name!), including lingon berries and, somewhat unusually, cranberries. It is made in very small batches, in a small custom made still, at a distillery based in an 18th century mill in the Black Forest in Germany. It was created by Alex Stein and Christoph Keller and inspired by Montgomery Collins who first produced a gin in the Black Forest in the 1950s.
