The bouquet features appealing aromas of licorice that are simultaneously dry spicy herbal and vegetal. Palate entry is first dry then off-dry minerally slatey and anise-like midpalate features the anise but also nicely salty tastes of mace and sage that overlap with the mineral concrete aspect. Finishes bitter herbal with a hint of anise and salt.
