Sardines are highly nutritious fish that can grow up to 25cm long. Groix & Nature?s sardines with lobster oil are bursting with bold flavours. They are a very dynamic little fish and go well with many different dishes. The lobster oil used is seriously delicious ? it?s got a deeply sweet, nutty flavour that is distinctly lobster and compliments the fish beautifully. A simple but excellent way to enjoy these sardines with lobster oil is on lightly toasted bread with fresh chilli, thinly sliced cucumber and finely chopped black olives.
