Using milk from local farmers, the Brittany-based producer is the last artisan butter maker still kneading the churned butter in wooden cylinders. This traditional method takes place over three days, rather than the conventional six hours used in industrial practices. The result is a silky smooth texture with a rich and complex flavour. This set contains unsalted, salted and garlic, herb and Sichuan pepper butter bricks so that you'll have a chance to sample all three. No jam or cheese needed with your toast here ? the butter speaks for itself.
