This trio of rillettes is a splendid addition to your picnic hamper. This collection includes three different blends. Firstly, you have scallop rillettes in Breton style, which refers to a simple but flavoursome way of seasoning from Brittany, and incorporates simple ingredients like salt, pepper, garlic and parsley. Secondly, there are lobster rillettes with kari gosse, which is an Indian-inspired mixture of spices, including ginger, turmeric, cloves, chilli pepper and cinnamon. It is perfect with seafood and offers a very fragrant and full flavour. And finally, you have the crab rillettes, where the crab is blended into a paste with minimal seasoning to ensure authentic flavour.
