Direct from Hungary, this Tokaji jelly is the perfect accompaniment for Foie Gras. Flavoured with black truffle, this is a match made in heaven. Tokaji is a very sought after and famous sweet wine, which is the Hungarian equivalent to the French Sauternes sweet wine. The sweetness and frutiness of this jelly will go very well with any foie gras, and the sublteness of the truffle will just put the icing on the cake!
