## Description

Tommette de Brebis is produced in the Basque Country of southern France. It is a semi-hard ewe's milk cheese that is matured for about three months to create a rich and toasty flavour, hinting at butterscotch and hazelnuts. Similar to Ossau Iraty, Tommette de Brebis is wonderfully aromatic and releases its rich flavour as it melts in the mouth.
