Cooks & Co began back in 2003, as a team of specialist food importers with over 65 years experience. They are constantly searching for interesting new foods, and with what they already have to offer, there's no doubt they care about their food.
The essence of Cooks & Co is to offer food lovers interesting, inspired and authentic ingredients from all over the world. They are proud of the unique ingredients that they offer, sourced from reliable, committed and innovative suppliers.
Selected with greatest care, these Dried Mixed Forest Mushrooms will add a unique flavour and aroma to all your meat, fish and vegetable dishes. To re-hydrate, soak the mushrooms in boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain, rinse and dry the mushrooms and enjoy them in your favourite recipe.
