'When you are proud of making something put you name on it."<br>William Chase founder of Chase Distillery<br><br>A wholesome buttery scent on the nose, with a full bodied and creamy texture.<br><br>Chase Vodka is complex on the palate, with notes of mashed potato and butter, leading onto a slightly smoked almond finish, with a hint of black pepper.<br><br>The same potatoes that make ther award-winning Tyrrells crisps go into making this vodka. They have the perfect soil and the best equipment for growing spuds, and they can go from field to fermentation in under a mile.<br><br>Chase Distillery is the first and only company to produce an English Potato Vodka, and tastes much smoother than grain and rye based spirits. Chase retains a thick, buttery taste from the potatoes, and once they have stripped the alcohol from the mash mixture they can feed it to our cows, so every bit of the potato is put to good use.
