<p>Lizi's home baked granola was always a favourite with guests at my Oxfordshire B&B in the 1990's but it took several years as an organic farmer in Wales for me to realise the importance of real food which inspired me to develop my range of granolas. They look around the world for natural ingredients with exciting flavours for your breakfast table. </p> <p>All Lizi's granolas are specially formulated to have a low GL (glycaemic load) per serving. This means that unlike many breakfast cereals the energy is released slowly, keeping you feeling fuller for longer. </p> <p>The was the opportunity with this variety to get sweetness and flavour by baking the granola in concentrated apple juice. This means that there isn't a need to add refined sugar, as the sweetness will come from the apples. Lizi then added the zing and warmth of cinnamon because it goes so well with apple. So start your day with zingy flavourful pink apple and cinnamon granola either with yoghurt or skimmed milk. Enjoy!</p>
