Grown in family-run orchards in Eastern Turkey, these succulent fruits are harvested using traditional methods and dried in the warm Mediterranean sunshine. We chop them into small pieces and add a sprinkle of rice flour to prevent sticking and make them simpler to cook with. Natural Selection Chopped Apricots can be added straight from the packet into a biscuit or muffin mix as a delicious alternative to raisins.
