This versatile chocolate blend is specially formulated with a higher cocoa butter content, so that you don't need to add oil before using it in a chocolate fountain. Some chocolates designed for chocolate fountains can be oily and bland, but at JM Posner we don't use oils in our Belgian chocolate, only cocoa butter: This means you get a better quality, better tasting chocolate with more health benefits for yourself and your customers, that will keep them coming back for more. Better still this chocolate can be used in a wide range of functions including cooking and baking.
The intense chocolaty favour of JM Posner Finest Belgian Chocolate makes it perfect for using in baking and cooking, and also eating straight from the bag! Specialising in high-quality catering equipment from chocolate fountains, candy floss makers, popcorn machines and waffle makers.
