A thick fragrant syrup of pomegranate, this pomegranate molasses is of the finest quality. Use it brush over chicken or duck before roasting to ensure crispy skin and a zesty flavour. It works well in marinades and dressings. It is a sublime mixture of sweet and tart and is extensively used in the Mediterranean and the Middle East.I make a sorbet with it, just dilute and put in ice cream maker, it is great to serve at any stage of a meal.
