<b>Rodda's Shortbread & Fudge</b></p> <b>Shortbread</b></p> We've been making our Cornish clotted cream for a good 120 years now, and along the way we've found no end of uses for it. This classic clotted cream shortbread being one of the most delightful. Wonderfully crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth smooth and deliciously buttery, it goes fabulously well with a cup of tea and makes elevenses a proper treat. If you're feeling kind, it also makes the perfect pressie.</p> <b>Fudge</b></p> There must be a hundred recipes for fudge but we think we've found the most decadent one. And the secret ingredient? Lashings of our sumptuously smooth Cornish clotted cream. Gloriously rich and a little bit crumbly, our fudge makes a wonderful four o'clock treat with a cup of tea or, if you're in a generous sort of a mood, a rather fine pressie.
