Most of our blends are blended by us at our NEW group blending plant giving you the most fresh, tasty and high quality product available. Our Kofta Kebab & Burger Complete Mix is A versatile, easy to use and tasty Burger and Grill stick complete mix, with subtle notes of garlic and herb. Just add Water & Meat to the mix and form either onto kebab sticks or into burgers! Of course all of our Glazes are ideal for BBQ's too! Simply coat your meat, vegetables or fish with the glaze, leave to marinade (ideally over night to maximize flavour) then pop on the BBQ! Simple but effective... **TIP** We recommend to achieve maximum flavour that you leave the glaze to marinade over night in the fridge on your chosen food product. When taking the product out of the fridge leave to rest until room temperature as this will not only help with the flavour of the meat, fish or vegetables but it will also stop your meat from drying out, burning, being tough and unevenly cooked. We recommend that you use 50g of glaze to every 1kg of meat. We are certified to BRC accreditation. This is the UKs highest available quality standard for food storage and distribution, it contains HACCP etc etc . It is your guarantee of quality and food safety.
